English Mastiff, Male, 3 years old
Murphy is a sweet, playful, loving three-year-old English Mastiff. Murphy loves to play with his foster brother (also an English Mastiff)! Murphy is crate trained, house trained, and he’s learning to walk on a leash. He enjoys being around children and has yet to have an adverse reaction to another animal or person. Murphy is epileptic and will need to be on medication, likely for the rest of his life. Currently his seizures are well controlled on medications (approaching 6 months seizure free!). He needs someone who can commit to giving him his medication at the same time twice a day, and who is willing to learn about seizures and how to manage them. To apply to adopt Murphy, please start by filling out an adoption application.
Feel free to contact Save The Giants with any questions about Murphy at GoBig@savethegiants.com. Murphy has a big heart and lots of love to give, and he could do well in a variety of homes, as long as his new family is willing and able to care for a dog with epilepsy.
